Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to products sold and shipped directly by Supplies Are Limited — primarily our Pecron power stations and related power gear. Items you reach through a “View on Amazon” affiliate link are purchased from and fulfilled by Amazon; those orders are covered by Amazon’s own return policy, not this one.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before the product is shipped. If the order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If we are able to request that the carrier intercept a shipment, an interception fee of USD $25 may apply.
Returns
We accept returns on directly-sold products for orders placed within the United States. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase from our store is required. Once a return is approved, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost. For purchases made through other channels (including Amazon), please contact that retailer directly.
Warranty & Repairs
If a product is returned for repair due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year of receipt, we cover all shipping costs. If an issue occurs after 1 year but within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and we cover the repair cost and reshipping cost. If a product is damaged due to misuse or external factors, the customer is responsible for these fees.
Customer-responsibility cases
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in situations including: a change of mind after the order has shipped; ordering the wrong item; items claimed as defective but confirmed to be in proper working condition after inspection; damage caused by misuse (including drops, water exposure, extreme temperatures, or improper operation); and products returned for repair or replacement more than 1 year after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund is processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days. If you have not received a refund you expect, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider and your bank, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us.
