Shipping Policy

Our goal is to get your gear to you quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy applies to products sold and shipped directly by Supplies Are Limited — primarily our Pecron power stations and related power gear. We ship directly-sold products within the United States. Items you reach through a “View on Amazon” affiliate link are sold and shipped by Amazon and follow Amazon’s own shipping terms and delivery estimates.

Order processing

Orders for directly-sold products are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received. Out-of-stock and pre-order items may take longer — we’ll contact you with the details. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it’s available. If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will reach out so you can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping (unsigned): FREE, delivered in 4–10 business days. Express shipping (signed): $99.99, delivered in 2–5 business days. Free shipping covers the contiguous United States; it does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico — please contact us for a shipping quote to those areas.

Notes

Standard shipping does not include signature service (some higher-value products include free signature service). If tracking shows your order was delivered, we cannot be responsible for a lost or stolen package, but we will do our best to help you file a claim. Products ship from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse.
